Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Founder’s Office Intern to work directly with the Founder on key strategic, operational, and execution-focused responsibilities. This is a high-impact role designed for someone who wants deep exposure to entrepreneurship, decision-making, and scaling a fast-growing startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Founder in day-to-day operations, research, and planning.

• Manage and coordinate tasks across teams for timely execution.

• Support business development, partnerships, and vendor communications.

• Create presentations, reports, documents, and strategic notes.

• Conduct market and competitor research to support high-level decisions.

• Help streamline internal workflows and improve process efficiency.

• Contribute to branding, marketing, and content requirements when needed.

• A fast learner with strong ownership and problem-solving ability.

• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Passionate about travel, hospitality, and creativity.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation.

• Strong hold on MS Office/Google Workspace.

• Research-oriented mindset with analytical skills.

• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur.
