Job Description

Looking to onboard a skilled Food Services Supervisor to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Supervise food services staff for efficient service delivery.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Implement effective cleaning and maintenance schedules for food services areas.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Food Services Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
