Job Title: Food Court Manager
Location: Salem

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Food Court Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure high customer satisfaction, and maintain efficient vendor coordination in our food court. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills to create a smooth and hygienic dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management:
  • Supervise day-to-day operations of all food court vendors and outlets.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the premises.
  • Monitor food quality and service standards.
  • Vendor & Staff Coordination:
  • Coordinate with vendors for product availability, quality, pricing, and issue resolution.
  • Schedule and supervise cleaning, maintenance, and support staff.
  • Train and guide staff on food court policies and customer service.
  • Customer Service:
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively.
  • Ensure smooth traffic flow and minimize wait times for customers.
  • Maintain a welcoming and friendly environment.
  • Inventory & Supplies:
  • Monitor and manage inventory, stock levels, and restocking of communal supplies.
  • Ensure vendors adhere to waste management and food safety regulations.
  • Revenue & Cost Control:
  • Track daily sales and generate periodic reports.
  • Work with accounts team to manage billing and collections from vendors.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Compliance & Licensing:
  • Ensure all licenses, permits, and health certifications are up-to-date.
  • Conduct periodic audits and inspections.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in managing food courts, cafeterias, or restaurants.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, customer service principles, and vendor management.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting tools).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
