**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As the Food and Beverage Executive at The Fresh Factory, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring the highest quality of service and product standards, and supporting the growth of the offerings. Your role will require a blend of operational excellence, leadership, creativity, and a deep passion for hospitality. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, including both the caf and retail sections. - Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement to maintain adequate stock. - Train, mentor, and motivate the service team to ensure they uphold brand values and enhance guest satisfaction. - Manage customer feedback effectively and implement improvements to enhance the overall guest experience. - Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards in all operations. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred). - Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage operations, ideally in premium cafes, restaurants, or boutique hospitality concepts. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Passion for food, sustainability, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.,
