Job Title: Food & Beverage Service Executive

Job Summary:

The Food & Beverage Service Executive is responsible for delivering high-quality service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, and maintaining service standards in line with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating
• Present menus, explain menu items, and take food and beverage orders
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
• Ensure table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are maintained
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints courteously
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service
• Process bills and handle payments accurately
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and service SOPs
• Support banquet and event service when required
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or related field (preferred)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of food & beverage service standards
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Team-oriented and service-focused attitude

Experience:

• 0–3 years of relevant experience (Freshers may also apply)

Salary & Benefits:

• As per company standards

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
