Job Description

As a Food & Beverage Executive at our dynamic team in Visakhapatnam, India, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the daily operations of assigned food and beverage outlets to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction - Greeting and escorting guests to their tables with a warm and professional welcome - Taking and processing food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently - Serving food and beverages according to established service standards and timing - Maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including table settings and side stations - Upselling menu items and promoting special offers to maximize revenue - Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP) - Handling guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints promptly and professionally - Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation - Conducting regular inventory checks and assisting with stock management - Participating in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge - Assisting in organizing and executing special events and promotions - Mentoring and supporting junior staff members to maintain high service standards Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a similar executive role - Strong passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional guest experiences - Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette - Proficiency in upselling techniques and menu knowledge - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team - Proficient problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions - Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP) - Basic computer skills for order management and point-of-sale systems - Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays - Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred but not required - Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus,
