We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Executive to join our dynamic team in Visakhapatnam, India. As a key member of our food and beverage department, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.

  • Oversee daily operations of assigned food and beverage outlets, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction
  • Greet and escort guests to their tables, providing a warm and professional welcome
  • Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Serve food and beverages according to established service standards and timing
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including table settings and side stations
  • Upsell menu items and promote special offers to maximize revenue
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock management
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Assist in organizing and executing special events and promotions
  • Mentor and support junior staff members to maintain high service standards

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a similar executive role
  • Strong passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette
  • Proficiency in upselling techniques and menu knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Proficient problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
  • Basic computer skills for order management and point-of-sale systems
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred but not required
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus
