Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food Beverage Controller based in Preet Vihar, India. The Food Beverage Controller will be responsible for managing cost control processes, preparing and managing menu costing, and ensuring budget compliance for food and beverage operations. The role also includes analyzing financial data, maintaining records, and implementing cost-saving measures to optimize overall operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cost Control and Menu Costing to monitor and optimize expenses effectively.
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, forecast trends, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Proficiency in Finance and Accounting practices, including budgeting and expense management.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under deadlines.
• Proficiency with relevant software tools and platforms for accounting and data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is a plus.
