As a Food & Beverage Controller in Bengaluru, your role is crucial in ensuring financial accuracy and operational efficiency across all F&B operations. You will be responsible for monitoring costs, managing food and beverage inventories, conducting detailed menu costing, auditing bills, analyzing data, and collaborating closely with the finance and culinary teams to drive profitability and maintain high standards. Key Responsibilities: - Track and control food & beverage costs across outlets - Manage beverage inventory to ensure stock accuracy and minimize waste - Conduct menu costing and recommend pricing strategies - Perform bill audits to ensure accuracy in supplier and vendor invoicing - Prepare and analyze cost and variance reports - Collaborate with finance and accounting teams for reconciliations and audits - Implement cost-control measures and ensure compliance with company standards Qualifications: - Proven experience in cost control, menu costing, beverage inventory management, and bill audits - Strong analytical and numerical skills - Sound understanding of finance and accounting principles - Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field - Prior experience in the hospitality or F&B industry is a must,
