Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control food & beverage costs, wastage, and variances.
  • Conduct daily inventory checks and reconcile stock levels.
  • Verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, and GRNs.
  • Work closely with the bar, kitchen, and accounts teams for accurate reporting.
  • Analyze consumption patterns and recommend cost-saving measures.
  • Maintain updated costing sheets and menu pricing.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years’ experience in F&B control for premium restaurants, cafés, or hotels.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory systems, costing, and Excel/POS software.
  • Eye for detail, integrity, and process discipline.
  • Ability to work closely with operations and finance teams.
