Senior Accounts Executive Location : Delhi, India (On-site) Employment Type : Full-time As a Senior Accounts Executive , you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of financial operations and compliance. This position involves overseeing day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting, statutory filings, and stakeholder coordination, contributing directly to the company’s financial health and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records and transactions Prepare and review financial statements , budgets , and variance analyses Conduct bank reconciliations and oversee creditor and debtor account reconciliations Supervise petty cash disbursements and ensure appropriate documentation Ensure timely and accurate GST return filing and registration compliance Prepare and file TDS returns and coordinate Income Tax return submissions Utilize accounting software including Tally 9 , Tally Prime , and Busy for financial data management Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders including auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities Qualifications & Competencies Bachelor’s degree in Accounting , Finance , or a related discipline Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar accounting role Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting , budget management , and financial analysis Proficiency in Tally 9 , Tally Prime , Busy Accounting Software , and Microsoft Office Suite Sound knowledge of GST , TDS , and Income Tax regulations Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Professional certifications such as CPA , CFA , or equivalent are advantageous
