Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Beverage Controller located in Delhi, India. The Food Beverage Controller will be responsible for managing cost control, menu costing, and utilizing analytical skills to ensure financial efficiency in food and beverage operations.

Qualifications

• Cost Control and Menu Costing skills
• Strong analytical skills in Finance and Accounting
• Experience in food and beverage cost management
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of inventory management systems
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, or related field
• Petpooja Inventory Management Skills
• Food Costing skills per dish with yield
