Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Beverage Controller located in Rajasthan, India. The Food Beverage Controller will be responsible for overseeing cost control, menu costing, and maintaining financial records. Daily tasks include analyzing financial data, managing budgets, and ensuring proper accounting procedures are followed. The role requires collaboration with kitchen staff and management to achieve financial objectives.

• Strong Analytical Skills
• Experience in Finance and Accounting
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with hotel and hospitality industry best practices is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management, or related field
