Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Supervisor located in Niwari. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring service standards are met, managing and training staff, maintaining high levels of customer service, and addressing and resolving customer complaints or issues effectively. The Supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and managing inventory and supplies.

Qualifications

Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead and motivate staff
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
Knowledgeable in Service Standards and Food Service operations
Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints professionally
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Relevant experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred
Certification in food safety and sanitation is an advantage
