Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ayodhya for a Food and Beverage Supervisor. The role involves overseeing daily restaurant and banquet operations, ensuring adherence to service standards, and supervising food and beverage services. Responsibilities include staff management, training, maintaining high-level customer service, and addressing guest concerns promptly. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will collaborate closely with the kitchen and event teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills, including staff management, training, and team leadership Expertise in Service Standards and Food Service operations Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Flexibility to work in a dynamic hospitality environment Experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry preferred Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management is a plus
