Job Description

Looking to onboard a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with 0-3 years of experience to join our team as a Food and Beverage Service professional in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work well under pressure.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage food and beverage orders, inventory, and supplies efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.


Job Requirements

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with others.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
