Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Executive to join our team at Margaritaville Cruise Line. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in the culinary industry, with a strong background in cooking and kitchen management.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and dish assistants.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as front-of-house and housekeeping, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the culinary industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
