Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Gift Shop manager in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage daily operations of the gift shop, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train staff members to achieve high levels of customer service and sales targets.
  • Maintain inventory and ensure stock levels are replenished regularly.
  • Analyze sales reports and provide feedback to management on business trends.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experiences.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing retail stores or similar environments, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales reports and provide feedback.
  • Experience with inventory management and stock control systems is desirable.
