Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager located in Noida. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily food service operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, managing training programs for staff, and maintaining budgets. Responsibilities include coordinating with chefs and kitchen staff, monitoring inventory levels, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and making sure all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
Strong Customer Service skills to ensure guest satisfaction
Experience in staff Training and skill development
Ability to manage Budgeting and financial planning
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
