Food and Beverage Hostess

We are looking for a warm, well-groomed, and customer-focused Food and Beverage Hostess to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a positive dining experience by offering a warm welcome, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth table flow and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Manage reservations and waitlists using reservation software or manual systems.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
• Monitor the dining area and communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and respond to guest inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the hostess desk and entrance area.
• Assist with managing large bookings or special requests as required.
• Ensure all guest interactions reflect high standards of service and hospitality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
