Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Hostess located in Bengaluru. The Food and Beverage Hostess will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, taking reservations, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The role involves managing phone bookings, assisting with menu inquiries, coordinating with the kitchen and service staff, and maintaining a high level of hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Customer Service excellence and Phone Etiquette experience
• Experience in handling Reservations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure
• A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous
