Job Description

Role Overview: As an F&B Service Associate at Ayatana, Ooty, your main responsibility will be to provide excellent guest service and maintain a clean dining environment. You will play a crucial role in delivering a high-quality dining experience to our guests by ensuring prompt and courteous service. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally. - Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen/bar. - Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to hygiene and safety standards. - Regularly check on tables to ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns. - Maintain cleanliness and set up dining areas before, during, and after service. - Assist in mise en place, table settings, and buffet arrangements. - Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow. - Adhere to resort policies, grooming standards, and SOPs. Qualification Required: - Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role (resort/hotel experience preferred). - Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field is an advantage. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Pleasant personality and a team player. - Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays. - Knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette.
