Food And Beverage Assistant

The F&B Team Member is responsible for delivering excellent guest service by efficiently handling food and beverage service operations. The role requires a customer-focused, energetic individual who ensures a pleasant dining experience while maintaining hygiene, quality, and service standards. Key ResponsibilitiesGreet guests warmly and ensure a positive first impression Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and promotions Ensure cleanliness of tables, service areas, and equipment Follow hygiene, food safety, and SOP standards at all times Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow Handle guest queries, feedback, and basic complaints professionally Support billing, cash handling, and POS operations if required Assist in opening and closing duties of the outlet Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience EligibilityCandidates currently working or having experience in the following Food & Beverage service roles are eligible to apply: Steward Barista Captain Other F&B service roles Freshers with a strong service mindset and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply. Requirements & SkillsMinimum 0–2 years of experience in F&B / Hospitality (Freshers welcome) Good communication skills (basic English mandatory) Pleasant personality with a strong customer-service attitude Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays Team player with a positive and flexible approach Basic knowledge of food hygiene and service standards Preferred QualificationsExperience in restaurants, cafés, QSRs, pubs, or mall outlets Prior experience with POS systems Hospitality training or certification (added advantage) Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹18000 – 20,000 per month (based on experience) Service charges / incentives (if applicable) Meal on duty Growth and internal promotion opportunities Training and skill development
