Mentor and guide new and existing team members for their professional growth. 🧑‍💼 Candidate Requirements:Minimum HSC with 2 years of retail experience OR Graduate with 2 years of relevant experience. Age: 21 to 35 years. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Proven record of exceeding sales targets. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Experience in training/mentoring team members. Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and inventory. Knowledge of visual merchandising. Positive attitude, excellent grooming, and professional presentation. Flexible to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
