Job Description

Sales Management: Directly involved in the sales process, assisting customers and driving sales targets. Analyzing sales performance to identify areas for improvement and enhance sales strategies. Managing sales teams, motivating them to achieve goals, and providing training. Operations Management: Supporting retail operations, including cash handling, store operations, inventory management, reporting, and merchandising. Ensuring store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment. Managing budgets and coordinating with other departments. Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns, and resolving disputes. Understanding customer needs and helping them make fashion selections. Gathering and evaluating customer feedback. Marketing and Promotion: Developing and implementing marketing campaigns to increase foot traffic and brand recognition. Creating a welcoming and engaging shopping environment. Staying up-to-date with latest fashion trends.
