Job Title: Guest Service Associate (GSA)Location: Play ‘N’ Learn – VR Mall, Chennai Industry: Edutainment / Indoor Play Area Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome) Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience and communication skills) About Play ‘N’ LearnPlay ‘N’ Learn is a leading indoor edutainment center for children aged 7 and below, offering fun-filled activities that promote learning through play. Located at VR Mall, Chennai, the space is designed to be safe, hygienic, and engaging for young children and families. Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist children and parents upon entry Guide guests through activity zones and explain safety rules and package options Ensure children are engaged safely in the play zones Operate billing counters and manage POS transactions Support in daily operations, event setups, and birthday parties Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the center Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalate issues when required Follow standard operating procedures and uphold service quality standards RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred) Good communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is a plus) Friendly, energetic, and patient — especially with children Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn Flexible to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays BenefitsTraining will be provided Fun and dynamic work environment Opportunity to build a career in customer service or child-focused entertainment Incentives and performance-based growth opportunities
