Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Food and Beverage Assistant based in Chennai. As part of the role, you will support daily food preparation and food service operations, ensuring a seamless dining experience for customers. Responsibilities include assisting in food and drink service, maintaining hygiene standards, handling customer queries, and collaborating with the team to deliver a high level of service. You will contribute to maintaining an inviting atmosphere for guests while adhering to company standards and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Preparation and knowledge of Food Service operations
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Food & Beverage management
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with customers and team collaboration
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring attention to detail
• Prior experience in a food and beverage role or in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
