Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven FMCG Field Sales Manager to join our team. This remote, full-time role will focus on expanding Primjay’s market presence across India by building strong relationships with clients, distributors, and retail partners. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the FMCG sector, excellent sales skills, and a passion for the food industry. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets within the FMCG sector. - Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base across various regions in India. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, distributors, and retail partners. - Conduct regular field visits to client locations, markets, and trade fairs to promote Primjay’s product portfolio. - Collaborate with the procurement and operations teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment. - Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. - Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analytics for management review. - Represent Primjay at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility. - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities. Qualification & Skills: - Proven experience in FMCG sales, preferably in food products or related sectors. - Strong understanding of the Indian FMCG market landscape. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting. - Willingness to travel within assigned regions as required. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related fields preferred. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
