We are looking for an energetic and structured Modern Trade Sales Manager who understands how to drive business across MT chains, modern retail formats, and organised key accounts. This role requires someone who knows the rhythm of FMCG sales, understands retail dynamics deeply, and can own both execution and growth.
You will manage modern trade partners, key accounts, planograms, visibility, promotions, and fill rates — and build strong internal coordination with supply chain, marketing, and finance.
This role is for someone who knows how to make stores move, drive velocity, and build relationships that unlock scale.
You’ll play a core role in shaping our retail presence and driving scale across modern trade. This is a high-ownership role where strong execution translates directly into business impact.
