FMCG storytelling and digital performance

You’re strategic yet hands-on. You’ve scaled digital brands, grown communities, and driven conversions. Maybe you’ve worked in a digital agency, maybe you’ve built a D2C brand from scratch, or maybe you’ve just got that instinct for storytelling that sells. You think consumer-first, move data-backed, and build with emotion.

• Lead end-to-end digital marketing for

  Tatva Agro’s FMCG portfolio

• Build and scale performance marketing campaigns
• Work with content, design, and media teams to craft compelling storytelling
• Drive SEO/SEM, email flows, influencer collabs, and more
• Shape and manage the brand's online presence across platforms
• Analyze, report, and tweak campaigns with data and heart
• Collaborate closely with product, brand, and retail teams
  

• 5–8 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in

  FMCG or D2C

• A taste for content that converts — and inspires
• Experience managing agencies, vendors, and in-house teams
• Bonus: You’ve scaled an FMCG/D2C brand digitally — or dream of doing it
