Role Overview

You’ll be the core mobile engineer building and maintaining the Real Estate Company App from the ground up — handling app architecture, integrations, and performance optimization. You’ll collaborate closely with our backend developer, AI specialist, and UI/UX designer to deliver a high-quality, fast, and scalable mobile experience.

Key Responsibilities

1) App Development

Design, build, and maintain a single Flutter codebase for both iOS and Android platforms.

Implement all 3 core modules:

Insider Team → internal dashboards & CMS access

Outsider Team → deal submission & commission tracking

Business Partner → AI-powered chat & referral lead capture

2) Integration

Integrate RESTful APIs for CRM, commission, and AI chat workflows.

Work closely with backend developer to ensure smooth data flow and authentication.

3) UI/UX Implementation

Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive Flutter screens.

Ensure smooth transitions, animations, and high frame-rate performance.

4) State & Data Management

Implement clean architecture using Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc.

Manage secure storage, session handling, and offline caching.

5) Notifications & Realtime Updates

Integrate Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications.

Build real-time updates for lead status, commission approval, and AI messages.

6) Testing & Deployment

Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.

Deploy apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Conduct multi-device QA and performance optimization.

7) Security & Compliance

Implement data encryption and secure login flows.

Follow UAE PDPL data privacy guidelines (consent, deletion, and storage).

Required Skills & Tech Stack

Must Have:

3+ years of professional experience in Flutter (Dart)

Experience building cross-platform apps for both iOS and Android

Strong knowledge of REST APIs,

Firebase, and authentication flows

Experience with state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.)

Solid understanding of clean architecture and modular app design

Experience with animations, responsive layouts, and custom widgets

Good to Have:

Experience integrating AI/chat APIs (OpenAI, Dialogflow, etc.)

Familiarity with voice input/output or media handling in Flutter

Knowledge of payment / commission systems or financial dashboards

Experience in publishing apps on both app stores

Familiarity with Git / version control, CI/CD pipelines

You’ll Work With

Backend Developer– API and commission data integration

AI Specialist– Conversational AI and lead extraction features

UI/UX Designer– Figma designs and mobile experience

Product Manager– Sprint planning and testing

Accounts Team– Commission logic validation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

3+ years of professional Flutter app development experience

Portfolio of 2–3 live apps in Play Store / App Store (preferred)

Strong attention to detail and ownership attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
