About the Role

We are seeking a Flutter Developer who can turn ideas into high-performing mobile applications. You will be responsible for developing cross-platform apps that are smooth, intuitive, and scalable. If you love clean code, modern UI, and challenging builds — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

App Development

• Build, test, and deploy Flutter applications for both Android & iOS.
• Develop responsive UI and reusable components.
• Ensure high performance and stability across devices.

Collaboration

• Work closely with designers, backend developers, and product teams.
• Convert UI/UX designs into functional mobile apps.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.

Integrations & Backend

• Integrate REST APIs, Firebase, and third-party plugins.
• Work with databases, authentication, notifications, and app states.

Testing & Debugging

• Troubleshoot bugs, optimize performance, and maintain clean code.
• Write unit tests and follow version control standards.

Deployment

• Handle Play Store and App Store builds, uploads, and updates.
• Support users and fix issues post-deployment.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in Flutter & Dart.
• Strong understanding of state management (Provider / Bloc / GetX / Riverpod).
• Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Messaging, Crashlytics).
• Knowledge of Git, version control, and API integrations.
• Strong logical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in native Android/iOS development.
• Knowledge of animations, custom widgets, and advanced UI.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum workflows.
