###*Key Responsibilities:*
* Build, test, and deploy cross-platform mobile applications using *Flutter (Dart)* for both *Android and iOS*.
* Participate in *end-to-end development* of apps — from UI/UX design, API integration, testing, to deployment.
* Understand and implement *state management* techniques like Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.
* Collaborate with designers and backend developers to ensure app performance, responsiveness, and usability.
* Work with *Firebase* (Authentication, Firestore, Messaging, Crashlytics) and *third-party APIs* as required.
* Optimize app performance, debug issues, and fix bugs based on testing and user feedback.
* Handle *Play Store & App Store publishing process* — knowledge of app signing, release builds, and store listing requirements.
* Keep codebase *clean, modular, and maintainable* using Git for version control.
* Write clean documentation and maintain clear communication with the tech team and stakeholders.

## *Must-Have Skills:*
* Solid understanding of *Flutter framework* and *Dart language*.
* Completed at least *1–2 real-time or internship projects* using Flutter.
* Familiar with *Flutter widgets, **navigation, **animations, and **responsive UI*.
* Exposure to *Firebase* services, REST APIs, and *local storage (Hive, Shared Preferences, etc.)*.
* Basic understanding of *Play Store & App Store* deployment workflows.
* Good grasp of *OOPs concepts, **mobile architecture*, and app lifecycle.
## *Good to Have:*
* Knowledge of app performance optimization and memory management.
* Hands-on experience with *CI/CD, **unit testing, or **crash/error reporting tools*.
* Experience with app store optimization (ASO) and analytics tools
