Job Description

We are looking for an active and customer-focused Floor Supervisor to manage day-to-day floor operations at Akan Pub. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth service, supervise staff, and deliver an excellent guest experience in a fast-paced pub environment. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily floor operations during shifts Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction Coordinate with bar, kitchen, and service staff for smooth operations Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly Monitor staff grooming, punctuality, and performance Ensure SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards are followed Assist in staff briefing, training, and shift planning Support upselling, promotions, and event execution Maintain discipline and ensure a lively yet controlled floor atmosphere RequirementsMinimum 2–4 years of experience in pubs, bars, or casual dining Prior experience as Floor Supervisor / Captain preferred Good communication skills (English & Hindi/Telugu preferred) Strong leadership and people-management skills Customer-oriented, energetic, and presentable Flexible to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays Salary & BenefitsSalary: As per experience (Negotiable) Performance incentives Growth opportunities in a premium pub setup
