Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Floor Supervisor to manage day-to-day factory floor operations. The candidate should be capable of handling factory workers, maintaining discipline, and ensuring smooth production activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage factory floor workers on a daily basis
• Ensure production targets are met efficiently and on time
• Allocate work to employees and monitor performance
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and proper work practices
• Coordinate with management regarding production status and issues
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper use of machinery
• Handle team-related issues and resolve shop-floor problems
• Maintain basic production and attendance records

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor or similar role in a factory
• Strong leadership and team-handling skills
• Ability to manage workers and maintain productivity
• Basic knowledge of factory operations and safety standards
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Responsible, disciplined, and reliable

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Age: Preferably above 35 years
• Male or Female candidates welcome
• Experience in managing factory employees is mandatory
