Job Description:

Green City Hospital is looking for a dedicated and experienced Floor Manager to oversee daily hospital operations and ensure smooth coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage hospital floor staff and patient services.
• Ensure proper patient care and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff.
• Monitor cleanliness, discipline, and operational efficiency on the hospital floor.
• Handle patient or attendant queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain reports and ensure compliance with hospital standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Hospital Management preferred).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hospital administration or similar role.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently.

Salary: As per experience and hospital norms
