Handling Patients on Floor
Attending thier Queries
Patient Check-in and Check-out.
Maintaining Patient Records.
Providing Customer Service.
Ensuring that all customer-related tasks are handled accurately and on time to improve guests' experience.
Handling customer complaints and special requests.
Scheduling staff shifts and managing other operations related .
Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the Floor / reception area.
Floor Manager must be able to communicate clearly with patients, their families, and healthcare providers. They should listen carefully, provide correct information, and handle patient concerns in a polite and professional manner.
Computer Proficiency
: Computer knowledge should be good.
