Cluster:Support & MIS Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced MIS Manager to join our team in Axis Bank Limited The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in MIS and business reporting, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

• Coordinate with circle coordinators, regional coordinators, branch heads, and branch operations head to generate reports and MIS for branch business
• Generate and analyze various MIS reports based on business requests
• Ensure timely and accurate release of MISs and dashboards to relevant stakeholders
• Fulfill data and MIS requirements of the Cluster head for business reviews and activities
• Perform analysis based on key metrics to maximize productivity and operational excellence
• Manage database administration, data consolidation, data analysis, and management reporting
• Provide daily balances, loan and credit card sales data, CSO productivity reports, and other required reports to the Cluster head
• Send timely updates and reports on campaigns and contests to stakeholders
• Create reports/scorecards using available data sources and key metrics
• Support branch personnel for system-related issues and coordinate cluster-level events, managing vendor payments

• Graduation or post-graduation from Tier I or Tier II institutes; an MBA is an added advantage
• 2-3 years of experience in MIS and business reporting
• Knowledge of industry, technology, marketing, and product trends
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access)
• Good communication skills in both English and the local language
• Strong analytical skills with a high interest in business analysis
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
