Floor Manager

Key Responsibilities: Operations Management: Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service. Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate floor staff, including sales associates, to achieve sales goals and maintain high customer service standards. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, and merchandise display to optimize sales and operations. Sales Performance: Develop business strategies to increase customer traffic, expand the customer pool, and optimize profitability. Store Appearance: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment that adheres to visual merchandising standards. Reporting and Analysis: Report on sales trends, customer needs, and profitability to inform decision-making. Problem Solving: Address any issues that arise from staff or customers, including complaints and grievances. Collaboration: Work effectively with other departments and stakeholders, including the merchandising team, to ensure a smooth and collaborative environment.
