Role Purpose

driving sales, service excellence, and profitability across multiple VLCC clinics


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across Beauty, Slimming, Derma, and Product categories.
  • Ensure enquiry-to-conversion ratios are optimized; drive upselling and cross-selling across verticals.
  • Execute local marketing activities and customer engagement events.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure adherence to SOPs across all departments (Beauty, Slimming, Derma, Front Office).
  • Drive customer experience metrics – NPS, repeat business, and client retention.
  • Manage stock, billing accuracy, petty cash handling, and centre hygiene standards.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Motivate and guide staff across Beauty, Slimming, and Derma teams.
  • Conduct regular reviews and ensure team alignment with sales and service goals.
  • Act as a mentor, ensuring training implementation and staff engagement.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Handle escalations, ensuring prompt resolution and customer delight.
  • Build long-term client relationships through consultative engagement.
  • Drive referral-based business and word-of-mouth advocacy.

Business Reporting & Compliance

  • Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to Cluster/Regional leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory norms, and POSH guidelines.
  • Track competition activities and provide market intelligence.

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Sales, or related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in Sales & Operations

  • Strong track record in achieving sales targets and driving customer growth.
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to multiple centre environments.
