Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist (T) with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in FLEXCUBE - Money Market (MM) FLEXCUBE - Limits Flexcube Installer utility and FLEXCUBE - Trade Finance. Experience in GL Accounting is a plus. This hybrid role offers a day shift with no travel required. Responsibilities Lead the implementation and customization of FLEXCUBE modules including Money Market (MM) Limits and Trade Finance. Oversee the installation and configuration of the Flexcube Installer utility to ensure seamless integration. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for FLEXCUBE-related issues to maintain system stability and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to optimize FLEXCUBE applications. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures. Train and mentor junior team members on FLEXCUBE functionalities and best practices. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all FLEXCUBE implementations. Participate in project planning and provide technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience. Coordinate with vendors and external partners to resolve technical issues and implement updates. Provide regular status reports and updates to stakeholders on project progress and system performance. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies within the team. Qualifications Must have strong experience in FLEXCUBE Money Market (MM) FLEXCUBE Limits and FLEXCUBE Trade Finance. Must have experience with Flexcube Installer utility. Nice to have domain skill experience in GL Accounting. Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Must have strong communication and collaboration skills. Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.
