Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your process optimization and analytics expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and forward-thinking teammates.You'll lead the enhancement of Subsystem Maintenance Optimization (SSMO) activities, contributing to our commitment to quality, cost, and delivery (QCD). Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Product Design, Solutions and Tenders, Operations Engineering), develop and manage KPI dashboards, and much more.You’ll specifically take care of creating and consolidating the SSMO Reference library, as well as promoting and integrating analytics solutions into our projects. You will also be instrumental in optimizing maintenance plans through insightful analysis and application of best practices.We’ll look to you for:
- Developing processes, templates, and standards for SSMO management
- Creating an SSMO Work Package KPI dashboard aligned with guidelines
- Managing the SSMO Reference library and ensuring its integration
- Promoting analytics solutions and ensuring adoption through business cases
- Ensuring the integration of product testability and diagnostics in tenders/projects
- Managing risks and identifying savings related to Life Cycle Cost (LCC)
- Proposing actions to optimize maintenance based on analysis and industry best practices

- Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Minimum Exp of 5 years required
- Experience or understanding of maintenance optimization in rail or similar industries
- Knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and data analytics
- Familiarity with reliability improvement plans and maintenance strategies
- A certification in Project Management or Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in risk management and cost-saving strategies
- Ability to propose and implement innovative solutions in maintenance operations
