Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with existing international customers (UK) via calls
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products, services, or upgrades
Use consultative selling techniques to increase order value and customer satisfaction
Promote limited-time offers, premium packages, or add-ons
Achieve upselling targets, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
Handle objections and provide solutions to retain and enhance customer loyalty
Accurately record customer interactions and sales in CRM tools
Collaborate with team leads and managers to improve pitch strategies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Candidates with a
B.Com, B.B.A, B.A
, or
any Postgraduate degree
and
experience in Customer Support
