Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with existing international customers (UK) via calls
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products, services, or upgrades
  • Use consultative selling techniques to increase order value and customer satisfaction
  • Promote limited-time offers, premium packages, or add-ons
  • Achieve upselling targets, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Handle objections and provide solutions to retain and enhance customer loyalty
  • Accurately record customer interactions and sales in CRM tools
  • Collaborate with team leads and managers to improve pitch strategies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
