Job Description

Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years of experience, excluding internships.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Advanced Excel (mandatory):

Proficiency with formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
Proficient in Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
Strong experience in data representation using Excel and Power BI.
Hands-on experience in financial and data reconciliation.
Familiarity (Mendate) with data audit processes and controls.
Proficient in Management Information System (MIS) reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Access.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
Conduct regular data and financial reconciliations.
Perform data audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity.
Generate and analyze MIS reports for management.
Manage databases using Microsoft Access and Excel.
Collaborate with internal teams for data validation and timely reporting.
Coordinate with the International Team regarding daily follow-ups and addressing client queries..

Qualifications:

Graduate in
Commerce, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Applications, B.Sc.
or related field
BA candidates are not eligible
Proficiency in English is mandatory.
A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in reporting, reconciliation, analytics, and data auditingics & data audit
