Roles and Responsibilities

Handle international chat and voice processes for multiple clients.
Respond to customer queries with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.
Manage multiple chat interactions simultaneously while maintaining high service quality.
Ensure clear, effective communication through various channels including voice, chat, and email.
Provide prompt resolution by applying strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Maintain adherence to process guidelines and deliver excellent customer experience in every interaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

0 - 3 years of experience in International BPO/Voice/Chat process.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to handle international voice and chat processes with confidence.
Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and customer-first mindset.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
