Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries and concerns via live chat in a professional, clear, and timely manner. Provide accurate and complete information on products, services, or issues. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, processes, and promotions. Document customer interactions and maintain records in CRM or support systems. Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to relevant departments or supervisors. Ensure a high level of service quality and maintain brand voice and tone. Required Skills: Excellent written English communication skills. Fast and accurate typing (minimum 3040 WPM preferred). Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously (multi-tasking). Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/chat tools. Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational offs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Candidates with a B.Com, B.B.A, B.A , or any Postgraduate degree and experience in Customer Support are welcome to apply.
