Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat platformsCommunicate effectively in English, Hindi, and Malayalam, both written and spokenResolve customer issues with professionalism and accuracyMaintain records of customer interactions and transactionsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of issuesProvide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and processes


Requirements:Fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam (verbal and written)Strong command of written English is a mustGood typing speed and computer literacyCustomer-oriented attitude with problem-solving skills
