Chat Support Executives

Key Responsibilities:

Provide real-time assistance to consumers via chat during the AEP period.
Maintain a positive and professional tone to ensure superior customer experience.
Resolve member queries efficiently while managing multiple conversations simultaneously.
Utilize digital tools and resources to provide accurate information and support.

Must-Have Skills:

Excellent Written Communication:
Clear, concise, and engaging chat responses.
Typing Speed:
Minimum of 35 words per minute (WPM).
Multi-tasking:
Ability to manage chat, search resources, and respond simultaneously.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable using internal tools, apps, websites, and SMS platforms.
Analytical Thinking:
Ability to interpret unclear queries and ask clarifying questions.
Flexibility:
Comfortable with ongoing changes and process improvements.

Good to Have:

Familiarity with healthcare/insurance domains (e.g., claims, benefits, providers, pharmacy).
Previous experience working in a highly automated or CRM-based support environment.
