Chat Support Executive

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer queries through chat and inbound calls in a professional and efficient manner. You will identify and escalate priority issues to the Team Leader and Ops Team, actively participate in team meetings, and ensure that all queries are addressed politely and professionally. Your role will also involve educating customers on services and processes, achieving agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives, and strictly adhering to shift schedules and internal policies. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in customer care. You should be passionate about providing excellent customer service, possess good typing skills, and be fluent in both written and spoken Kannada and Telugu. Additionally, you should be able to work well under pressure, with minimum supervision, and be a fast learner who can work towards set targets. Flexibility in working hours is essential as you will be required to work in a rotational shift system, including public holidays and weekends. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, and provident fund. The work schedule may include day shifts as well as rotational shifts. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in live chat support and proficiency in Kannada, Hindi (required), and Telugu (preferred) languages.
