About the Role
Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp chat and email, delivering accurate, empathetic, and timely support. (Freshers can apply as well)

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries and concerns through WhatsApp and email promptly.
  • Provide accurate details on products, orders, services, and policies.
  • Resolve issues or escalate complex cases to relevant teams.
  • Log all interactions and update customer records in the CRM.
  • Maintain a consistent, empathetic brand tone in responses.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Customer‑service mindset with patience and empathy.
  • Ability to multitask and manage WhatsApp chats and emails efficiently.
  • Basic familiarity with CRM or helpdesk tools.

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience with WhatsApp or email support (~1 year) is a plus.
  • Comfortable using templates or AI‑assisted tools, personalized when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
